Bravara House is operated by Lisa Kondova. For data protection purposes, Lisa Kondova is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect
When you register your interest in The Ensemble, we collect the information you enter into the form, currently your name and email address. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website and form service.
Why we use your information
We use your interest-list details to send you information you have asked to receive about Bravara House and The Ensemble, including launch updates, confirmed venue and session details, booking arrangements, membership information and relevant behind-the-scenes updates as Bravara House takes shape.
We will not use your interest-list details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Our lawful basis
We use your information because you have actively asked to register your interest and receive these updates. You can withdraw that request at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the website and manage the interest list. Netlify hosts the Bravara House website. MailerLite receives and stores interest registrations and sends Bravara House emails on our behalf. The registration form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect it from spam and automated submissions. We may use other service providers in future where needed to operate Bravara House.
How long we keep it
We will keep your interest-list details while you remain on the list and for no longer than 12 months after the first Ensemble launches, unless you unsubscribe sooner or separately choose to receive ongoing Bravara House communications.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from interest-list emails at any time. You can also ask us to provide a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or raise a concern about how it is being handled.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
Cookies
This version of the Bravara House website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The registration form uses Google reCAPTCHA as a security measure, which may process technical information and use cookies needed to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. If we add optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your permission before using them.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as Bravara House develops. The latest version will always be available on this page.
